The Krantzkloof Conference and Wedding Centre is jointly managed by Kloof Conservancy and the Krantzkloof Honorary Officers – both organisations are registered as Non Profit Organisations.
All “profits” from the use of this venue are ploughed back into Krantzkloof Nature Reserve – by supporting this venue you are supporting the protection of the environment of our area.
The venue is very private and ideal for smallish gatherings of up to 80 people. Up to 120 can be accommodated with the use of a stretch tent.

Should you require access to venue for set-up and dismantling of any features relating to your event then this can only be guaranteed by hiring a period longer than that of your specific event duration.
Weddings are only rented on a full day basis (plus refundable R500 breakages deposit)

Catering is arranged through our designated caterer – exceptions can be negotiated for family gatherings.
Where a client insists on their own caterer a standard surcharge of R500 will apply.
If booking is made more than 3 months before due date, then the following will apply:
50% non-refundable deposit to secure booking
50% balance due 2months prior to event – non refundable.
If booking is made within 3 months of due date, then the following will apply:
100% of amount due – non-refundable
